Cluster Manager Position

The Cluster Manager will lead the team in delivering high-quality projects on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving cost optimization. This role oversees multiple projects across a defined cluster in a region, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project plans, product design and quality norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving adherence to project plans and product design quality norms
  • Timely resolution of issues at site and implementation of standardization and quality initiatives
  • Financial strategy and technical inputs for projects including costing team optimization and COC tracking
  • Vendor selection preparation of PQs and onboarding of competent vendors
  • Liaison with statutory bodies for approvals and representation to authorities
  • Process adherence process improvement and people management
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry as MEP Design/ Site coordinator
  • Understanding of the real estate development business and knowledge of MEP design and execution
  • Basic knowledge of BIM implementation

This role requires strong leadership organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
