Job Title: Data Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Migrate and deploy data across systems by implementing ETL processes.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
  • Schedule and manage workflows to ensure pipelines run on schedule and are monitored for failures.
  • Implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with 3-5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience OR Diploma with 7-9 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with data practices, technologies, and platforms like Databricks, Python, GitLab, LucidChart.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL) and experience with data sourcing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Product teams environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Professional Certifications: AWS Certified Data Engineer preferred.
  • Databricks Certificate preferred.
