Job Title: Digital Payments Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned payments expert to lead our product development efforts for RuPay, a leading digital payments platform. As the Head of Product - RuPay, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through innovative product strategies.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a product roadmap that meets the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to create cutting-edge products that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for RuPay, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, compliance, and legal teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
