Job Title: IP Protection Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional to fill the role of IP Protection Specialist. This key position will be responsible for protecting and defending our intellectual property, ensuring its registration, enforcement, maintenance, and defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect and defend our IP assets through various means including patent drafting, prosecution, trademark filing, and enforcement.\
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential threats to our IP rights.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate IP infringement.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IP protection into our business operations.\
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in IP law and regulations to provide expert guidance to our stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • \
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, or Polymer Technology.\
  • Preferred: PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights.\
  • Optional: Patent Agent, Trademark Agent, or Degree in Law.\
  • Strong understanding of patents and trademarks, with experience in patent prosecution and trademark filing.\
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with ability to stay updated on the latest developments in the IP domain.
