Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Silicon Innovation Manager to lead our foundation IP initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IP ecosystem, anticipating future product requirements for custom silicon solutions.

  2. Collaborate closely with Architecture, Product Management, Design, SOC IP Integration, and IP QA teams to ensure seamless integration and product excellence.

  3. Influence IP vendors to optimize new features, schedules, and portfolios, maximizing product differentiation.

  4. Lead SOW, ECOs, change/version controls, and develop IP QA checklists and guidelines to ensure quality and performance.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

  • No less than 6 years of experience in memory, standard cell, GPIO, and other custom designs.

  • Proficiency in RTL to GDS flow and integration.

  • Experience working with or managing silicon IP vendors and foundries.
