Job Title: Distribution and Transportation Product Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our team as a Distribution and Transportation Product Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation capabilities.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing distribution center processes and transportation capabilities across our global networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business teams, to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for WMS and Transportation capabilities
  • Lead a team of product managers focused on distribution center capabilities and outbound transportation capabilities
  • Leverage analytics and user insights to drive product decisions that improve productivity and effectiveness of our distribution centers
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Requirements
  • Data-driven product leader with a passion for optimizing distribution and transportation capabilities
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of distribution center processes and transportation capabilities
  • Experience with warehouse management- and transportation management systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions
