About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Content Creator with hands-on experience in photoshoots, video creation, and social media content production.

You'll be an integral part of a collaborative creative team, working closely with marketing, design, and strategy to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop content across various formats: photographs, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and short-form content.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage shoots—covering all aspects from pre-production to final output.
  • Collaborate with marketing & design teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Edit videos and photographs using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content and social media trends, platform updates, and popular formats.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Bring a positive, curious attitude to creative brainstorming sessions, staying informed about cultural and community developments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role in a creative, agency, or business team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning photoshoots, producing reels, and editing post-production materials.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand tone.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and continually evolve creatively.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer partnerships, basic animation, or voiceover scripting would be an asset.
