Compensation & Benefits Expert Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our compensation and benefits team in Hosur, near Bangalore. This role focuses on managing pay and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and well-maintained.

You will work closely with the payroll and HR teams but this position is specifically for someone experienced in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Must have candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes.
  • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment.
