Job Description

As a key member of our pharmacy team, the Pharmacy Purchase Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the timely availability of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies to support patient care. This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and organized professional with excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Pharmacy Purchase Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that meet the hospital's needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating supply agreements, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA in Hospital or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchase, with at least 7+ years in a hospital setting (multispecialty preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, regulatory norms, and supply chain best practices.
  • Proven skills in vendor negotiation, procurement systems, and cost management.
