Job DescriptionCloud Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defining and establishing data strategies and roadmaps, as well as designing and implementing enterprise-level data architectures and solutions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with cloud platforms, including Azure and hybrid cloud environments. They will also have expertise in big data technologies, including the Cloudera/Hortonworks ecosystem, and experience architecting and designing solutions on big data, including data ingestion and distributed computing architecture principles.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with building stream-processing systems using solutions such as Kafka, Spark, and Storm. Additionally, they will have expertise in working with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, and MongoDB, as well as various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

We are looking for a highly technical and analytical individual with 10+ years of experience in analytics platform implementation or operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of database and analytics technologies, including MPP, relational, and NoSQL databases.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with implementation and performance tuning of traditional data warehouses, Hadoop, and cloud ecosystems, including Hadoop streaming, Spark, Pig, and Hive. Additionally, they will have experience with data warehousing platforms, including knowledge of data warehouse schema design, query tuning and optimization, and data migration and integration.

We are seeking a candidate who can work effectively in a team environment and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
