Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving business transformation agendas for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects, RPA bots, and Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities through Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering methodologies.
  • Lead the effective delivery of digital projects, working closely with global leads, digital delivery teams, and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard processes.
  • Support operational excellence, automation, and best practices to drive efficiency and standardization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, including leading transformations across sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
