Job Title:

Security Risk & Governance Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the Information Security Governance & Risk Management (ISGR) team in Hyderabad, responsible for identifying, assessing, reporting, and mitigating IS risks across the organization.

They will work closely with application owners across the IT estate to ensure effective information security controls aligned with international standards like ISO/IEC 27000-series.

  • Establish strong working relationships with the three Head of Units in Eschborn and Prague.
  • Manage the establishment of the ISGR unit and support talent acquisition for the team.
  • Support team members in regular tasks by removing impediments in alignment with other Head of Units.
  • Nurture the development potential of team members.
  • Create a supportive and productive work environment.

As a people leader with at least 5 years of experience, you will manage a team of approximately 12 members in Hyderabad. You will report to the Head of Section for ISGR in Eschborn and collaborate with the three Head of Units based in Eschborn and Prague.

Responsibilities:

Building strong working relationships, managing team performance, identifying and resolving issues, and creating a supportive work environment are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a people leader is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
