Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and hardware within our organization.
Key responsibilities include planning and managing the annual IT infrastructure budget, operating and monitoring SAP S4/HANA systems, defining IT infrastructure strategy and architecture, rolling out global IT initiatives, and managing local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance and availability.
Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, analyzing business requirements to define IT infrastructure requirements, serving as a liaison between subsidiary business units and group technical teams, and acting as a local IT Security Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
- At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
- Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, strong communication skills, team collaboration & leading projects and teams virtually, excellent project management skills, and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
