Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will excel in leading people, maturing operational practices, and driving process excellence.

This role requires a strong organizational mindset and a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patching of infrastructure, knowledge of business and technology processes, and a proven track record of escalation management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems, or related areas.
