Institutional equity broking and equity research are core components of our business.

We manage over 50,000 crores worth of assets under advice. Our focus is on advising corporate treasuries on their surplus cash investments. The majority of these investments are in fixed income markets like debt mutual funds, bonds, and FDs etc. Our clients include marquee Indian companies, family offices, and prestigious start-up companies.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience catering to corporate treasuries from a bank, advisor, or mutual fund. The candidate should have interacted with corporate treasuries in this capacity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience catering to corporate treasuries either from a mutual fund or any other firm (bank/broker/advisor etc.).

2. In-depth knowledge of the Indian capital markets with a special emphasis on fixed income markets and interest rates.

3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills to identify suitable investments for clients.

4. Excellent communication skills and sophistication in dealing with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring new corporate clients and managing relationships for their investments in mutual funds and fixed income instruments.

a) Senior candidates with a proven track record may be considered for existing relationships as well.

2. Ability to process various inputs provided by the company's internal research team and other sources, applying them to the specific context beneficial for clients.

a) Advising corporate clients based on their cash flow forecasting.

b) Analyzing client portfolios and making necessary suggestions.

c) Ensuring high levels of customer service.

3. Market Intelligence

a) Identifying potential investors like start-ups raising funds or listed companies raising funds.

b) Informing clients about market developments and trends.

c) Special focus on Fixed Income Markets and Interest Rate movement in India.

4. Maintaining client portfolios with proper documentation of investment actions taken on behalf of clients.

5. Engaging clients in meaningful conversations about market updates.
