Job Title: Corporate Financial Specialist

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead corporate finance operations, develop long-term financial strategies, manage budgeting and forecasting, drive capital allocation to support business growth, and maintain financial health. This role is pivotal in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role:
This incumbent of this role will oversee corporate accounting, treasury, tax planning, and reporting functions. They will ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, develop and refine financial policies, systems, and controls to minimize risks. The role also involves leading audits, statutory filings, and ensuring adherence to ethical financial practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision-making.
  • Drive the preparation of annual operating plans (AOP) and align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for financial restructuring, cost optimization, and investments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
  • MBA in Finance or equivalent degree.
  • 10 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in the manufacturing or agrochemical sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale financial operations and leading teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting, Ind AS, IFRS, and taxation.
  • Sound working knowledge of ERP - SAP system.
