About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations, as well as providing support to our finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Stamp Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, RBI, NBFC, and other corporate laws.
  • Secretarial Services: Conduct Board/General Meetings, manage company records, and ensure timely filings.
  • Financial Support: Provide assistance to the finance team for loan raisings, issue of debentures, and debt restructuring.
  • MIS Development: Develop and update Management Information Systems (MIS) on a periodic basis.
  • Accounts Support: Offer active support to the Accounts Team for financial closures and report preparations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
