We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our efforts in growing and innovating our Bridge Program. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving program strategy and execution across multiple cities and centers.

Job Description
  • The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of our Residential Bridge Program and Non-Residential Outreach Program, including planning, implementation, and review.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans. You will work closely with mentors, program staff, and volunteers to ensure seamless coordination and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Strategy & Expansion:
    • Work with the CEO to define short-term and long-term program goals and implementation plans.
    • Lead the growth of existing programs and design new components for residential and non-residential offerings.
  • Program Management & Execution:
    • Oversee the execution of program modules, frameworks, and delivery mechanisms.
    • Monitor implementation and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate with mentors, program staff, and volunteers across centers.
    • Facilitate team meetings, capacity-building initiatives, and a performance-driven culture.
  • Youth & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Interact regularly with youth to ensure engagement and growth.
    • Engage with stakeholders in multiple cities and states, including government institutions.
  • Financial & Reporting Support:
    • Assist in budgeting, fundraising activities, and audit preparation.
    • Create and maintain documentation to track youth progress, program outcomes, and partner donor reports.
