Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our dynamic team as a contractor and contribute to our mission of driving data-driven growth and excellence.

The successful candidate will have experience in analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating interactive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.

They will also have strong expertise in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and machine learning techniques.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and execute A/B testing frameworks, and develop complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
  • Previous experience in mobile gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or other high-growth mobile app industries.
  • Knowledge of additional mobile analytics platforms (Adjust, Branch, Singular) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Understanding of incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and privacy-first measurement approaches.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics and attribution.
