Job Title: Mobile App Developer (Flutter / React Native Developer)

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru (Hybrid: 3-days WFO & 2-days WFH)

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter / React Native Developer to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, Dart & React Native.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers and backend developers to build seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
  • Develop & Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and services.
  • Optimize app performance for speed, scalability and responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
  • Handle app releases and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Fix bugs and performance issues and continuously improve the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Flutter / React Native mobile app development.
  • Strong understanding of Dart & React Native programming language.
  • Experience with state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting tools.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automated testing for Mobile Application.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of app security best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
