Are you a passionate and driven Training Officer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Training Specialist.

  • Conduct new hire training and soft skills / Negotiation skill training to ensure that our team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our business, including refresher training, update training, and PKT.
  • Sensitize to training needs and understand learning requirements of different learning groups to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Provide immediate feedback to advisors during OJT and offer regular feedback to Team Members regarding performance and any issues that need escalation.
  • Monitor calls across teams every month and nominate floorwalkers amongst the team regularly to ensure consistency and quality in our services.
  • Conduct process refreshers and policy refreshers to keep our team members up-to-date with the latest information and best practices.
  • Nominate advisors to conduct buzz sessions and handle all escalation calls for the team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-monitoring calls and providing feedback to advisors.
  • Nominating hall of fame and hall of shame for OJT Batch.
  • Sharing good calls & bad calls, creating product-level FAQs.
  • Managing attrition through regular communication with advisors and tracking EWS changes in behavior, performance, and attendance.
