Secure Network Process Engineer

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Network Security Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving are essential.
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, and endpoint security is required.
  • Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations such as BPMN, flowcharts, and swimlanes is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices is a plus.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are also advantageous.
  • International working experience is considered a significant advantage.

Requirements:

  • Process Engineering Experience: 2+ years
  • IT Service Management Experience: 2+ years
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable mindset
