Job Overview

As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management system (QMS).

You will ensure local execution of the QMS aligns with corporate standards and internationally-recognized quality management system standards such as ISO 9001:2015. Your responsibilities will include identifying improvements to business processes, collaborating with document control and people operations, and delivering annual quality awareness training.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent collaboration skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and strong trust-based relationships internally and externally.

You should have subject matter expertise in resolving QMS issues, be able to influence without direct authority, and serve as an advocate for customer requirements.

In return, you will help Fictors understand the benefits of complying with our QMS, leading to continual improvement of our global QMS and its local adaptation.
