Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our AI engineering efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and integrating cutting-edge AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to significantly enhance developer productivity and code quality.

  • Create innovative AI-powered tools that streamline development workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive standards, workflows, and guardrails for safe and effective AI adoption across engineering teams.
  • Design and maintain a robust AI integration platform that seamlessly embeds intelligent agents throughout the entire development toolchain, from IDEs and version control to CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
  • Establish and enforce policies, audit mechanisms, and compliance practices for enterprise-grade AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI across development toolchains and drive business growth.
  • Drive the development of solutions through proof-of-concepts, refine them through developer feedback, and scale them across teams globally.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be willing to relocate to Malaysia and hold an Employment Pass.
  • Prior experience in building or integrating LLM-powered applications is essential.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel is required.
  • Proficiency in developer tooling including GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira is necessary.
  • A deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption is crucial.
  • A passion for human-AI collaboration and improving the developer experience is vital.
