Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations and labour laws across various company sites.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

You will work closely with site managers and HR teams to address site-specific issues and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and labour laws across various company sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures in line with labour laws.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and management on labour laws, compliance, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13-16 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and labour laws.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
