Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting services group, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in US accounting, knowledge of US GAAP, and people management skills. They will also have hands-on experience with commonly used accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the client experience, such as identifying opportunities to enhance services or implementing new processes or technologies.
  • Lead and manage a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and overall performance of the client service team.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate with the core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies at the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in US accounting and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with commonly used accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage complexity, i.e. multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects.
  • Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
