Project Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in our project management team.

  • Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for various projects.
  • Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and cost-tracking reports.
  • Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans.

To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices, proficiency in MS Excel, and working knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, develop your skills in cost control and reporting, and build relationships with experienced engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in preparing project documents and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
