Maritime Application Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to support our operations.

This role involves assisting candidates in applying for global cruise opportunities by managing their application process end-to-end across official portals.

You will be responsible for submitting client applications accurately, researching eligibility requirements, organizing documentation, tracking progress, and collaborating with internal teams.

  • Submit client applications across various cruise line platforms and official portals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line processes and document checklists.
  • Organise and upload necessary documentation for each applicant.
  • Track progress and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow and status updates.
  • Maintain records and generate reports for management review.
