Job Title: Twilio Flex Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a specialist in Twilio Flex. This exciting opportunity involves working with cutting-edge technology to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in applications development, with expertise in ReactJS, HTML/CSS, AI, and Cloud platforms. Proficiency in Cisco, CVP Call Studio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, and CUCM is also desired.

A successful candidate should possess excellent optimization skills, particularly in telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems. Additionally, they should have experience designing, developing, deploying, and managing Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.

The selected individual will work with various Contact Center technologies, including Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, and WFM systems.

The responsibilities of this position include optimizing staff performance using high-tech methodologies, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions, and driving business outcomes through innovative thinking.
