  • Monitoring and Mentoring: You will continuously monitor associate performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English Language Skills: You must be able to speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Excel Experience: Having experience with Excel will be beneficial in performing data analysis and creating reports.
