Key Performance Excellence Role

  • This role is focused on driving service excellence through analytics and delivering ad-hoc and periodic operational reports that inform strategic planning.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in business-level reporting, complex data mining, and analysis as well as data visualization.
  • They will be responsible for setting targets for the team, managing performance & development, leading a global team, creating a motivational and supportive work environment, and driving execution excellence.
  • The role involves supervising a team that executes BI programs across markets, performing detailed data analysis, implementing dashboards, and ensuring decision support systems are in place.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in roles focused on driving service excellence through analytics.
  • Strong data acumen and experience with reporting systems, able to model and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority, and work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Focused on delivery of results through effective planning and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Product lead organization.

  • Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes operated by Global Business Services and their main metrics.
  • Ability to guide teams in a trustful and proficient manner.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of the performance measurement function and practices.
