Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP.

  • Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems
  • Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
  • Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
  • Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Implement network security measures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What We Expect

As a Network Operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network systems that meet our business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in Network Operations, or
  • Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Network Operations

Must-Have Skills:

  • Previous or current CCNA certification (required)
  • Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
  • Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience with network security concepts and implementation
