Drive Revenue Growth
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sales team and propel business growth through strategic lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lead management operations across international markets.
- Perform customer profiling and manage lead assignment.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of inbound leads across global markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos at the appropriate stage of the sales process.
- Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions.
- Keep the CRM clean and fully synced.
- Qualify leads through intelligent engagement.
You will thrive if you have an MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience), hands-on experience with CRM tools, strong communication skills, understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms, and a love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
