Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.
You will work under the supervision of the Team Leader and perform administrative tasks, including strategic focus, operational management, and quality review.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
In addition, they will have previous administration experience in a high-volume type role, ideally in a financial services industry, and a good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and complete all operations administrative.
- Provide superior service to funds, employers, and members by meeting Service and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.
Governance & Risk:
- Comply with all company policies, core values, and procedures.
- Create and upkeep Business Process Manuals and Make training manuals.
Experience & Personal Attributes:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry.
- Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
Personal Attributes:
- Good investigation and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
