Job Description

The role involves a range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

  1. Prepare and post accounting entries, ensuring accurate records of financial transactions.
  2. Maintain petty cash accounts and perform bank reconciliations to verify transactions.
  3. Prepare workings for GST/TDS returns and ensure timely filing.
  4. Process sales invoices in our ERP system and distribute them to customers in a timely manner.
  5. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payment or collection of amounts due.
  6. Arrange travel and hotel bookings, ensuring costs align with approved budgets.
  7. Handle employee reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
  8. Oversee maintenance of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  9. Ensure office utilities such as air conditioning, internet, electricity, and water are functioning properly and paid for on time.
  10. Renew AMC contracts for equipment and services, scheduling regular servicing.
  11. Maintain expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and scanned formats.
  12. Assist in preparing final accounts and support auditors during statutory and transfer pricing audits.
  13. Perform additional accounting or administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce is essential for this role.
