Administrative Manager Financial Operations

About the Role:
Our organization seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our finance and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and management dashboards.
- Financial Modelling: Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
- Detailed Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
- Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)- Intermediate, Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools
