We're seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to drive innovation and transformation in the digital-first world.

Job Summary

This role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing next-generation internal business applications enriched with AI and intelligent automation. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate real business challenges into scalable, LLM-enhanced applications, harnessing RPA methodologies to automate complex, repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sophisticated apps using Appsmith AI, including intuitive natural language querying, smart widget recommendations, and AI-driven actions such as content generation, image recognition, and automated decisioning.
  • Integrate public and private LLMs to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing.
  • Design complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic.
  • Integrate with diverse data sources to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business apps.
  • Optimize application reliability, scalability, and performance, minimizing LLM latency, ensuring high availability, and adhering to best practices in privacy and data protection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of proven software development experience, with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications.
  • Advanced skill in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features.
  • Solid grasp of Git for version control, branching, and team workflows.
