The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the MICE industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in MICE or corporate travel sales.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and industry connections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
