Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in international B2B sales for IT services and software solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, be proficient in outbound sales strategies, and possess expertise in consultative selling and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Identify, segment, and penetrate high-potential markets based on demand, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Foster relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their technology needs and close enterprise-level deals.
- Outbound & Digital Sales Execution
- Drive multi-channel outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and networking events.
- Develop and implement automated email sequences, personalized messaging, and lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Sales Process & Deal Closure
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct consultative selling to understand client pain points and position custom IT solutions accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- Nurture leads through follow-ups, presentations, and relationship-building activities to drive deeper engagement and conversion.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Monitor emerging technologies and evolving client needs to align offerings with market demand.
- Experience: 4-7 years in B2B international IT sales with a strong record of closing $1.5-2 million in annual revenue.
- Sales & Outreach Expertise: Proven ability to drive sales through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, Digital transformation, SaaS, Cloud-based applications, and AI-driven solutions.
- CRM & Sales Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and sales intelligence tools.
- Consultative Selling & Negotiation: Skilled at handling long sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Performance & Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
