  • Donor-Funded Skilling Operations: At least 3 years of experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience and perseverance.
  • Counseling Skills: Ability to counsel students.
  • Societal Inclination: Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
