The Center Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the daily operations of our centers. This includes program development, stakeholder engagement, enrollment management, training execution, placement facilitation, batch progression monitoring, and outcome reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Program Development: Design and implement programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective mobilization and achieve required numbers.
- Enrollment Management: Oversee enrollment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes in terms of numbers and quality.
- Training Execution: Own the training process to ensure adherence to processes and achieve high-quality academic results.
- Placement Facilitation: Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives at the center.
- Batch Progression Monitoring: Track the progress of batches and monitor outcomes to inform future improvements.
- Outcome Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate Degree: Any discipline.
- Experience: 5 years in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.
- Donor-Funded Skilling Operations: At least 3 years of experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience and perseverance.
- Counseling Skills: Ability to counsel students.
- Societal Inclination: Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
