Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Program Director to lead our complex IT Transformation initiatives. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Foster a high-performing team of project managers, technical experts, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project teams, end-users, business owners, and senior management, to align delivery with program objectives.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations to ensure smooth delivery and process continuity.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on the status of the program, identifying potential risks and issues related to the transformation process and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, MBA or PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in successfully delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, with deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in application development programs, including projects based on Agile methodology.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prolonged hours may be required due to client needs and varying time zones.
  • Moderate to frequent travel may be required.
