Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our career services team, driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional student experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, with expertise in IT tools used in career services. They will be responsible for directing various programs and services, including career exploration, job planning, career workshops, outreach programs, and higher education opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the university's goals and objectives.
- Provide personalized career guidance to students, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local, national, and international institutions to enhance student recruitment and learning opportunities.
- Oversee career fairs, workshops, alumni events, and promotional activities to expand the employer and higher education network.
- Monitor and review the on-campus recruitment/interview process and job offers to students, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in university environments.
- Experience with IT tools used in career services.
