Job Title: Career Services Director
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our career services department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs for career exploration, job planning, career workshops, outreach programs, and higher education opportunities for students.
- Establish strategic plans, set short and long-term goals, and ensure daily operations align with university objectives.
- Provide guidance to students on the job search process, interview preparation, resume writing, and all aspects of career planning.
- Organize and oversee career fairs, workshops, alumni events, seminars, and promotional activities to enhance external relations through meetings and field visits.
Partnerships:
- Design and execute strategies to increase the impact of partnerships at our institution.
- Develop specific educational pathways, partnership programs catering to learning support needs of students, including technology-based initiatives.
- Lead and manage partnerships, ensuring compliance with agreement terms, managing activities, processes, and procedures with high quality and standards.
