Careers Expert

The Career Services Director plays a pivotal role in guiding students through the career exploration, identification, and job planning processes.

• Strategic Planning: Leads the development of short and long-term goals, ensuring day-to-day operations align with University objectives. Provides career opportunities across various sectors to students.
• Career Guidance: Advises students on job-search processes, interviews, resume writing, and other aspects of career planning. Collaborates closely with Deans and Alumni network to identify opportunities.
• Program Development: Oversees career fairs, workshops, alumni events, seminars, promotional activities, and external relations through meetings and field visits to tap new accounts.
• Quality Assurance: Maintains quality of placements/internships as per Institution standards.

Develops and implements strategic plans to increase partnership impact at Krea. Creates specific educational pathways and partnership programs catering to student learning needs.

Liaises with partner institutions to ensure successful development and maintenance of partnerships. Leverages opportunities to enhance student recruitment, enrich learning experiences, and promote digitally enabled activities.

Promotes University achievements and activities to build reputation among key stakeholders. Travels extensively as required.
