
Business Bid Strategist

Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious Bid & Offer Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to spearhead our bid strategy. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to further develop our business across delivery centers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to contract award. This includes developing compelling value propositions, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape analysis, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience and reside in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical direction and business organizations.
- Pre-sales and offer preparation.
- Qualification and strategy development.
- Risk management and coordination.
- New business strategy and development.
- Document preparation and bid management.
- CRM tool support and data storage.
- Lessons learned and KPI analysis.
- Transversal activities and capitalization.
The successful candidate will be expected to analyze risks, monitor adherence to the bid process, and perform semesterly win/lose analysis. They will also be responsible for explaining and enforcing the BID process, method, and tools.
