Learning and Development Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end learning solutions that meet the needs of our global workforce.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with experience in managing data and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize the delivery of virtual and classroom-based learning programs, including logistical components such as venue booking, refreshments, and tutor coordination.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including L&D consultants, HR Ops partners, and finance teams.
  • Maintenance of appropriate systems for candidate attendance, feedback, and reporting using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Management of course waiting lists to maximize attendance and financial efficiency.
  • Deal with employee enquiries around learning and manage suitable responses in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, collation, and distribution of course materials.
  • Work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery of Induction events.
  • Working knowledge of L&D management software.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Experience in managing data and reporting systems.
  • Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
