Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver cutting-edge learning solutions integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences through visualizations, simulations, and blended learning approaches.
  • Establish consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Ensure solutions align with client business objectives, goals, and measurable impact.
  • Lead large-scale client engagements with global scope and complexity.
  • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Lead solution design, pricing, proposal development, and high-stakes presentations to senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Mobilize and align resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.
