Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Area Operations Manager to lead our hospitality operations in a cluster/region with multiple properties.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service quality experience is delivered to guests, managing various functions including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, F&B, maintenance & engineering, and human resources.
  • They will work closely with hotel/hostel specific teams and other departments, understanding and implementing operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), organisational hierarchy, and company vision.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing regional operations, human resource development, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • They will conduct regular audits, manage operational budgets, supervise hostel pre-launches, enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations and implementing service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
