Job Overview

The position of Digital Project Manager focuses on driving business growth through the effective utilization of CRM and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Administer and manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, task automations, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and Excel dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in managing complex data sources and building dashboards is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Customer-focused mindset is essential.
  • Rigorous process validation is required.
  • Experience with other CRM systems or digital tools is preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is desired.
  • Excel Expert and Power BI knowledge (including Power Query) are preferred.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
