Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Enablement Specialist to develop and implement training programs, playbooks, and quality standards that empower community reviewers to effectively evaluate AI model responses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriting, with expertise in creating educational content, training reviewers, and designing micro-curricula. They will also be responsible for developing quality rubrics, data needs specifications, and ensuring ethics and privacy compliance in training workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs, playbooks, and quality standards to enable accurate AI model response evaluation
  • Create educational content on underwriting basics, including FOIR/DTI, LTV, income stability, and policy exceptions
  • Train community reviewers to curate AI outputs, review model responses, and apply rules
  • Design micro-curricula and SOPs for short modules with examples, quizzes, checklists, and local-language handouts
  • Develop quality rubrics, acceptance criteria, pass/fail checklists, quick-fix macros, escalation rules, and calibration guidelines
  • Define data needs from cases and draft specifications for synthetic data generation
  • Ensure ethics and privacy compliance in training and review workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in retail/home-loan underwriting with hands-on decisioning and policy interpretation
  • Proven training or mentorship experience, comfortable teaching beginners and non-technical learners
  • Strong grasp of calculations and documents, including FOIR/DTI/LTV/EMI, income proofs, bank statements, credit bureau reports
  • Fluency in English and Telugu
